TYFOON MIXERS CATEGORY 3 Mixing System

Our durable Category 3 Mixer is expertly crafted to handle the precise blending of nutrients and salts up to 50 gallon batches. It comes equipped with a robust mechanical stainless steel agitator for efficient mixing, as well as a reliable saltwater transfer pump. The mixer package is comprehensive, featuring essential plumbing components such as recirculation, drain, and six distribution lines—all thoughtfully included and easily accessible. Delivered pre-tested and fully operational, each mixer unit arrives ready for immediate deployment.

The setup incorporates a 60-gallon cone bottom tank, a sturdy powder-coated steel skid, and a 1/2 hp stainless steel agitator with a convenient on/off switch. Additionally, the system boasts a 20 gpm saltwater recirculating pump, an anti-vortex tank fitting, and 1” Sch80 PVC plumbing with a line strainer. Moreover, customers have the flexibility to choose between manual valves or electric ball valves with a user-friendly switch panel for seamless operation.
