Q-Flex™ RISER

Unique, Kink Resistant, Flexible Riser

Q-Flex™ Riser is the ideal solution for connecting thinwall driplines to the submain pipe.

The Q-Flex™ Riser has either a 1/2” male threaded connection (for FlexNet™ integral welded connector) or a barb/grommet connection (for PVC submains). Thinwall driplines connect to the other end and are secured with a wire tie or twist-lock fitting.

High-quality polypropylene material provides UV resistance with minimal elongation. Quick installation and reduced labor with pre-assembled riser. You can rest assured it won’t kink and will stay in place even during trench backfilling!

Kinked or leaking risers are a weak link in drip system installation – leading to irrigation problems, high labor costs and even crop failure. Q-Flex™ solves this problem.

Q-Flex™ riser provides an ideal solution for connecting driplines to the submain to avoid any kinks and movement even during trench backfilling. Preassembled with different lengths and connectors for quick and simple installation; flexible kink resistant riser provides a trouble-free solution for connecting drip lines to the submain, and eliminates need for re-digging trenches.

  • Maximum pressure: 58psi (32-104ºF)
  • Minimum kink radius (with buckling): 1.25in
  • Elongation < 3% at 58psi

Q-Flex™ LP

A more affordable alternative to growers

Offers the same benefits as Q-Flex™ HP for application requiring no more than 40 psi of water pressure. Q-Flex™ LP comes in a 16mm diameter corrugated pipe without sleeve, easy to installed, ensuring labor cost reduction, kink resistant and built to last against leakage.

  • Maximum pressure: 40psi (32-104ºF)
